Model Wellness offers Lifestyle Services as a premier centerpiece of our commitment to education, behavior modification and personal accountability. Our programs pledge to make long sustainable changes to your personal health and well-being.
Model Wellness approaches lifestyle and nutritional coaching in three different ways:
- Bio-Individuality: No two people have the same health history biological, cultural, or chronological make up. There is no “one size fits all” approach to a person’s health and journey to personal well-being. We customize our approach to discover what your body needs.
- Primary and Secondary Foods: Primary foods include the relationships, career, and spiritual practices that feed the mental, and emotional dimension of a person. Secondary foods are the tangible foods we put in our bodies made up of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Both Primary and secondary foods are a vital part of developing a strong foundation for vitality and longevity.
- Lifestyle: A person’s lifestyle is built on their belief system, personal choices, private and public habits. Usually making a few lifestyle changes can bring about outcomes that far exceed long awaured personal expectations.
Model Wellness offers a variety of one-hour classes to educate our members on the science behind the human body, human behavior, and different approaches to healing. These classes are taught by our onsite practitioners and offsite affiliates. They are complementary to our member and community.
Wellness coaching sessions take a holistic approach to our members well-being. It allows members to consider every area of their life as they look to explore the root causes of specific physical conditions, behaviors, and habits that contribute to reaching optimal function and health. From diet and exercise to workplace, personal relationships, and finances, every aspect of life is considered.
Individual Coaching is a one-on-one experience. Sessions are determined by the needs and desires of our members and their commitment to walk through a step-by-step process of discovering what foods their body prefers to consume.
Group Coaching is an extremely affordable way to receive the benefits of working with a coach. Groups have a specific focus with a curriculum. Groups offer an environment that is rich in relationship building, interpersonal development and group accountability.
